1. Standard Plan — Delivery Issues
For Standard plan customers, gifts are shipped directly from the retailer. In the event of a missing, damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact the retailer directly using the order confirmation we send you
- We will provide your full order reference and tracking details
- We are happy to assist you in contacting the retailer as a courtesy
- With Love Me is not liable for retailer or courier failures on Standard orders
2. Premium Plan — Delivery Issues
For Premium plan customers, we wrap and send your gift ourselves. In the event of a missing or damaged parcel:
- Contact us at withlovemeco@gmail.com within 14 days of expected delivery
- We will investigate within 2 business days
- We will redeliver or credit your balance in full
- Resolution guaranteed within 5 business days
3. Tracking
Both plans include full tracking on every order. Please check your tracking before contacting us — most delays resolve within the estimated timeframe.
4. Account Balance Refunds
Your balance is fully refundable before any gift is ordered. Once an order is placed, the funds used cannot be refunded. Email withlovemeco@gmail.com to request a balance refund. Processed within 5-10 business days.
5. Service Fee
Our service fee (10% Standard, 15% Premium) is non-refundable once a gift order has been placed.
6. Subscription Fee
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.
7. How To Request a Refund
Email withlovemeco@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request" including your account email and order reference. We respond within 2 business days.
