1. About Our Service

With Love Me is a gift scheduling and purchasing agent service. We act as your agent to purchase items from your personal wishlist on your behalf, using funds you have deposited into your account. We offer two plans — Standard and Premium. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Our Two Plans

Standard — £4.99/mo + 10% service fee

  • Any item, any price added to your wishlist
  • Gift purchased and shipped directly from retailer to your address
  • Full tracking details provided on every order
  • Delivered in retailer packaging
  • All delivery, damage and missing parcel queries must be directed to the retailer
  • With Love Me is not liable for retailer or courier errors

Premium — £7.99/mo + 15% service fee

  • Any item, any price added to your wishlist
  • Gift purchased and delivered to our address first
  • We inspect, wrap beautifully in branded packaging with ribbon, tissue paper, bow and a personal gift tag
  • We send it to you via tracked delivery
  • Full tracking details provided on every order
  • With Love Me is responsible for delivery from our address to yours
  • In the event of a lost or damaged parcel we will resolve within 5 business days

3. Tracking

Both plans include full tracking details sent with every dispatch notification. Tracking will confirm your estimated delivery date but will not reveal what your gift is — the surprise is always protected.

4. Our Role as Purchasing Agent

With Love Me acts as your purchasing agent. When we place an order on your behalf:

  • The contract of sale is between you and the retailer
  • For Standard orders — all delivery responsibility lies with the retailer
  • For Premium orders — we are responsible for delivery from our address to yours
  • We only purchase from reputable retailers with established return policies
  • We will always provide order confirmation and tracking details

5. Your Account Balance

  • Minimum deposit is £10
  • Your balance is held securely and used only to purchase your gifts
  • We do not use your balance for any other purpose
  • Your balance is refundable if no gift has been ordered

6. Gift Scheduling

  • Gifts are selected randomly from your wishlist on your chosen schedule
  • We will only select items your balance can cover including our service fee
  • If your balance is insufficient we will notify you and pause your gift until topped up
  • You will receive dispatch notification and tracking but not what the item is

7. Fees

  • Standard: £4.99/month subscription + 10% service fee per gift
  • Premium: £7.99/month subscription + 15% service fee per gift
  • Gifter service fee: 10% added to gifter payment
  • All fees are clearly displayed before any payment is taken
  • Service fees are non-refundable once an order is placed

8. Gifter Purchases

When a gifter purchases through a shared wishlist link, payment is non-refundable once the order has been placed. Gifters may choose Standard or Premium delivery for their gift.

9. Limitation of Liability

For Standard orders, With Love Me is not liable for retailer or courier errors. For Premium orders, our liability is limited to redelivery or a full balance credit in the event of a lost or damaged parcel. Our total liability shall not exceed your account balance at the time of the claim.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Your remaining balance will be refunded within 14 days, minus any pending service fees.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
